Stella Stenz is a passionate advocate and mother to a son with multiple disabilities. She is a life- long Cape Codder with a career background in advocacy and non-profit work. She hopes to create the group she needed when she first became a mother to a child with special needs. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, cooking, and adventuring with her husband and son. She is excited to begin her next chapter as a lifestyle coach for women experiencing challenging life transitions, chronic illness, or a unique path in motherhood, who are in need of extra support.
